Every retreat host gets access to a 3-night, 4-day familiarization trip at Kaaba Luum. You'll walk the property, experience the meals, and complete two full workshop sessions covering the framework we use with every host we work with.

We send a proposal built around your group and vision. If you're ready to move forward, you get access to your Onboarding call with our Host Success Manager.
Your Host Success Manager walks through every detail with you — meals, activities, flow, surprises. The logistics become our responsibility from here. You'll also gain access to join the upcoming Fam Trip to have the opportunity to experience Kaaba Luum before your guests do.
