Every Luum Experience includes round-trip airport transfers, two chef-prepared meals a day, daily yoga, the Copal Welcome Ceremony, the Luum Illuuminate closing celebration, and a $300 experience credit per person. You choose how you want to show up.

Your own private room on the estate. Come alone, meet the group on arrival. You will have your space to retreat and the full experience to step into whenever you are ready.

The longest nights of the year, spent in the jungle where the Maya once watched the sun turn back. December at Kaaba Luum is candlelight and copal, warm mornings on the mat, and slow evenings that close the year with intention. On the final night, Luum Illuuminate fills the estate with light for the season ahead.

Logistics locked + WhatsApp group

Your logistics form is due, so we can lock shuttles and kitchen plans. You will also be added to the group WhatsApp to meet your fellow guests. The Kaaba Luum team is in there too for any last-minute questions.

Things people always ask

Do I need to know anyone coming in?

Not at all. Many guests come solo or with one friend. The experience is designed so the group becomes its own thing. By day two, you will not remember that you did not know each other.

What's actually included in the price?

Your accommodation, round-trip Cancún airport transfers, two chef-prepared meals a day plus afternoon snacks, daily yoga, the Copal Welcome Ceremony, Luum Illuuminate, a $300 experience credit per person, access to the full estate, and a concierge team throughout. Flights are separate. Additional treatments and excursions are bookable through the concierge menu.

Is this safe for solo female travelers?

Yes. Kaaba Luum is a private gated estate. You are on property with your group and our team for the duration. We coordinate all transportation with trusted partners and brief every group before arrival.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You will note these in your logistics form and our chef works around them. We have handled vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific diets many times. Nothing gets lost.

What's the refund / cancellation policy?

Full details are on each Easol booking page. We have a strict no refund/cancellation policy.

Can I stay an extra night?

Yes. Each experience offers one additional night, so you check out on Monday instead of Sunday. You can add it at checkout. Meals and excursions are not included on the additional night, and our concierge team will walk through options with you.

How does the $300 experience credit work?

Every guest receives a $300 credit toward one of four curated paths: Romantic, Wellness, Adventure, or Custom. About 45 days before you arrive, your concierge reaches out to walk you through them and lock in your choice. There is nothing to decide at checkout.
