Kaaba Luum · The Private Estate
Four thoughtfully designed villas, each one a sanctuary.
Private rooms, shared spaces, and a landscape that feels untouched — all yours, exclusively.
Beyond the villas
The property is designed to bring people together — in the pool, under the palapa, on the rooftop — while honoring the need for solitude in the jungle.

Open-air. Jungle breeze. Meals and group moments. The heart of the property.

Sunset views. Canopy-level. Where conversations deepen and the jungle becomes the view.

Serene. Built for healing, yoga, sound baths, workshops, and moments of deep rest.

Elevated gathering. Secondary meal location, yoga, and connection moments. Where community deepens under the sky.
Elemental villas
Five villas, each named for an element — from a studio casita to three-bedroom houses with rooftop terraces. Most have a flexible downstairs, so the sleeping arrangement bends to your group. Together, the estate holds up to 36.

Earth · Grounding
The element of arriving. Stone, timber, and the deepest shade on the property — the villa that sits closest to the jungle floor. Where you put the people who need to land slowly.
Sleeps 4–8 · Two queen suites + flexible downstairs

Water · Release
The element of softening. Quiet light, soft textures, and a room that works on your nervous system before you notice. Where we put the guest who insists she's fine.
Sleeps 4–8 · Two queen suites + flexible downstairs

Air · Clarity
The element of perspective. The most light and the most breeze on the property, with the canopy moving at eye level. The villa people take their coffee outside in.
Sleeps 4–8 · Two queen suites + flexible downstairs

Fire · Transformation
The element of gathering. Where the warmth collects after dark — the villa the group somehow ends up in, long after everyone said they were going to bed.
Sleeps 4–8 · Two queen suites + flexible downstairs

Ether · Home base
The element of holding space. Two fully private bedrooms — one king, one with two singles, each with its own full bath — around a shared kitchen, living and dining space with its own deck and plunge pool. Where retreat hosts stay, and the natural overflow for families.
Sleeps 4 · Two private bedrooms + shared living
Inside a villa · the downstairs
Upstairs never changes: two private queen suites, each with its own full bath, a small terrace, and its own entrance from outside — so those rooms stay genuinely private. It's the downstairs that moves. One shared room, three configurations, set up for your group before you arrive.

Option One
The shared room stays open — couches, the kitchen and breakfast bar, and glass on both ends onto the plunge pool. For groups who want somewhere to land together that isn't someone's bedroom.

Option Two
Half the room keeps its living space, the other half becomes a king bed. The configuration most groups land on — you gain a bed without losing the room everyone gathers in.

Option Three
The room converts fully into sleeping space with two king beds. For groups travelling at capacity who'd rather have the beds than the lounge.
Every configuration keeps the same downstairs: a full bath with shower and closet space, a full kitchen, laundry, and glass walls front and back that open straight onto your own plunge pool. You don't have to decide at booking — tell us your group and we'll set it.
