Out in Tulum Renaissance takes over Zamna Tulum from 10 PM, with Sasha, Maceo Plex, Sébastien Léger and Ida Engberg. It's one of the biggest New Year's Eve nights announced so far, with more to come. Your concierge will help arrange rides at any hour.

Things people always ask

Do I have to pay it all today?

No. A 25% deposit reserves your room, and the balance is paid before you arrive. On bookings up to $3,000 you can also choose Klarna and pay in four.

Can my friends pay their own share?

Yes. Whoever books pays the 25% deposit, then invites the rest of the group at checkout to pay their part directly. There is no extra fee to split.

Do I have to join every activity?

No. Yoga, meals and ceremonies are there when you want them. Sleep in, skip a session, or spend the whole afternoon by the water. The pace is yours.

Which airport do I fly into?

Cancún International (CUN). Your round-trip transfer is included, timed to the flight details you share in your logistics form.

Do I need to know anyone coming in?

Not at all. Many guests come solo or with one friend. By day two, the group has become its own thing.

What is actually included?

Your room for three nights, round-trip Cancún transfers, two chef-prepared meals a day plus snacks, daily yoga, the Copal Welcome Ceremony, Luum Illuuminate, a $300 credit per person, and a concierge team throughout. Flights are separate.

Is it safe for solo female travelers?

Yes. Kaaba Luum is a private, gated estate. You stay on property with your group and our team, and all transportation runs through trusted partners.

Can I stay an extra night?

Yes. Add a fourth night at checkout and stay one more morning. Meals and excursions are not included that night, and the concierge will help you plan it.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Note them in your logistics form and our chef cooks around them. Vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific diets are handled all the time.

What is the cancellation policy?
