Team, start to finish

Why this is hard

You want it perfect. Planning it for everyone is a lot to carry.

Hotels feel impersonal, and you're managing around strangers

Money conversations get awkward fast

Multiple rentals mean the group is always split up

Someone ends up managing the group instead of being in it

Group chats turn into coordination threads no one wants

Hidden costs surface after you've already committed

You've already done the hard part: deciding to get everyone in one place. We'll take the rest.

Kaaba Luum hosted our wedding, tucked away in the jungle with our closest friends and family. It was magic. Antonella went above and beyond.

What it costs

Let's talk about the number first.

Low season

$2,500/night

Peak season

$5,000/night

The full-property buyout starts at $18,000, and most celebrations land between $24,000 and $35,000 all in. For a group of 24 over three nights, that's roughly $1,000–$1,450 per guest.

At the minimum

  • The entire estate, exclusively yours
  • Your on-site team for the full stay
  • Every room, lounge, pool, and rooftop
  • For groups who want the space and plan to keep it simple

Where most groups land

  • Everything above, plus the full itinerary built for you
  • All food and beverage across the stay
  • Airport transfers and ground transportation
  • Excursions, ceremonies, and wellness sessions
  • The custom touches you ask us for

For comparison: a single hotel room in Tulum runs $300–$600 a night, and that's all it buys. No food or drink, no transfers, no experiences, no one coordinating a thing. Put 24 guests in those rooms for three nights and you're already near $28,000, split across three floors, none of it handled. Here, that same number is the whole estate, the whole team, and the whole trip.

Peak season runs November through April and books six to twelve months ahead. If you have a date in mind, even loosely, tell us now and we'll check it before it goes.

Minimum 16 guests. Up to 36 with the casita. Every celebration is a full-property buyout. We don't split the estate.

Paying for it

You'll still collect from your group. You won't be guessing.

The hardest part of organising a group trip is rarely the amount. It's not knowing it. What is this per person? What about the two sharing a room? How much do I ask for, and when? Once your deposit is in, that's the first thing we sit down and solve with you.

A number for every person

On your onboarding call, your celebrations events manager prices the whole trip with you (per person, per room, per add-on) and maps out what to collect and when. You leave with real figures and a timeline, not an estimate.

Get your group to yes

We'll build you a custom invitation to send your people (your dates, your celebration, your itinerary) and a short group form that shows you who's actually in before you commit.

Clear terms, no surprises

Your proposal lays out the full cost and deposit schedule in writing before you commit. What you sign is what you pay. Nothing appears later.

Who this is for

A fit for gatherings that matter.

  • Milestone birthdays: 30, 40, 50
  • Bachelorettes and bachelor weekends
  • Anniversaries and vow renewals
  • Friend reunions and girls trips
  • Multi-household getaways that want one home base

Groups of 16–36 who want full privacy, a real team, and a trip worth talking about for years, without the person who planned it spending the whole weekend working.

How it works

From “I'm thinking about it” to done, in four steps.

01

Tell us your vision

02

Get a real proposal

Availability, the full plan, pricing, payment schedule, and the property setup that fits your group. Built for you, not a template.

03

Shape it together

Once your deposit is in, your celebrations events manager builds out the itinerary, meals, activities, and every per-person number with you.

04

Arrive and be present

Our on-site team runs the logistics before, during, and after the trip. You're a guest at your own party.

Every itinerary is custom

No two weekends look alike.

Nothing at Kaaba Luum comes off a locked itinerary. We build every stay around your group: your people, your pace, and what you're celebrating. These are two real weekends we've run, shown just to give you a feel for the range.

Questions we get all the time

Before you ask.

What does it work out to per person?+

It depends on your group size. At our 16-guest minimum, the entry point works out to roughly $1,125 each. For a group of 24, the typical range lands around $900–$1,450 per guest depending on season and what you build in. Larger groups generally bring the per-person number down, since the estate is shared across more people.

What if our group has different budgets?+

Common, and workable. Your guests can pay individually, so people can contribute at different levels, and the villas have flexible room configurations, so we can structure tiers within the property. We'll work through it on your first call.

Why is there a 16-guest minimum?+

Every celebration is a full-property buyout. We don't split the estate or share it with another group. Sixteen is the point where that makes sense for everyone. If you're close but not quite there, tell us anyway; most groups get there once they widen the invite.

Is Mexico safe for a group of women?+

Kaaba Luum is a private, gated estate with a dedicated on-site team. Your group stays on property, and we brief you on safe transportation and the local partners we trust.

How do rooming options work for larger groups?+

We host up to 36 guests at double occupancy. Villas have flexible downstairs configurations, so we set the sleeping arrangement to match your group rather than the other way round.

How much do we need to plan before we arrive?+

We start with an onboarding call to map the itinerary together. Around three months out you'll have another planning call with the on-site team to review details and make any changes.

What happens once we land in Tulum?+

Full concierge support. Private shuttle pickup, on-property coordination, excursions, and ceremonies. Our team holds the logistics so you're not managing anything in real time.

How far in advance should we book?+

Peak dates from November through April book six to twelve months out. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind, even tentatively, so we can check it against the calendar before someone else takes it.

Meditating in the jungle while it started to rain. Magical. The rooftop lounges, the food, the staff. One of the most memorable experiences I've had.

I celebrated my 40th here with 24 guests. I worked closely with Andrew and Antonella for over a year to plan this. The experience was exceptional.
